He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Hurd and Jesse Wonderling Hurd; his wife Barbara Snyder Hurd; his son Kevin Hurd of Ashville; his grandson Jacob McMaster of Maple Springs; his sister Linnea Himes of Jamestown; his son-in-law Rob Loomis of West Ellicott; his daughter Dawn Loomis; and his brother Ronald Hurd.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
