She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie May Botting (Francis) and Kenneth Jerome Baldassare; her brothers, Vincent J. (Jim), Thomas and Kenneth Baldassare (Cleon Bush); and her sons, Charles Bush and Alan "Scott" Bush.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Chelsea Payne (Adam); her great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Kinsley and Khysen; her daughter-in-law Melissa Bush; her extended family, Quinten Sengsounthone (Andrea) and Ryan Marsh (April); and her pet Sweetie.
