He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Shoemaker and Phyllis Shoemaker. He is survived by: his wife Helen Shoemaker; his children, Jessica Kelly (Scott), Jeremy Shoemaker, Christina Weber (Tyler) and Nicole Shoemaker; his adoptive son Michael (Carrie); his grandchildren, Zane, Grayson, Dean, Kolton, Lilith, Riley, Jade, Sage, Kora, Emma, Landen, Hailey, Wyatt, Rena, Alyssa and Michael Jr.; and his siblings, Gary (Patricia), David (Frances) and Patricia Ford (Donald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
