She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Glover; and her grandson William Koskay Glover of Los Angeles, CA.. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Tamae) of Los Angeles, Kelly Glover of Liverpool and Christopher (Kimberly) of Syracuse; her grandchildren, Benjamin Amrod of Syracuse, Ian Glover of Syracuse and Abigail Glover of Syracuse; and her brother John Graham of Syracuse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joyce's memory to Marcellus Transportation Employees Union, 2 Reed Parkway, Marcellus, NY 13108 in honor of her years driving bus.
