With sadness, we share the passing of Michael J. Hanley of Marcellus, New York. Michael, born on October 1, 1942, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Hanley and Marion; his former wife Karen; and his grandson Joseph Donhauser. He is survived by: his wife Ginny; and his children, Brenda Talty (Mark), Patti Donhauser (Brian), Michael P. Hanley, Stacie Eason (James), Gerad Hanley (Jessica) and Jamie Marie Hanley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home (44 E Main St, Marcellus, NY 13108).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
