He was predeceased by: his wife Debra; and his parents, Jimmy and Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Brian (Julia), Dustin and Amy Reed-Puttoff; and his brothers, Rick (Sandi), Johnny (Tereza) and Scott (Traci). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
