He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel "Nate" Perry and Mary Perry (Fatheringham); and his daughter Michelle Perry Labourdette. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Mary Beth O'Laughlin (Patrick Sr.) of Syracuse and Joseph (Joanne) of Marcellus; his son-in-law Charles "Chip" Labourdette of Marcellus; and his grandchildren, Adrienne Thousand, Kathleen Joyce (Colin), Nathan Labourdette (Matthew Rink), Mary Perry, Michael Perry (Hailey), Gina Perry, Anna Perry and Austin Perry. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Marcellus Area Volunteer Emergency Services or Alzheimer's Association of Central New York.
