He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Maxwell and Helen Maxwell (Szurley); his son Andrew; and his siblings, Albert and Mayone.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith of Leo's Catholic Church; his children, Wayne Maxwell (Harriett Ellinger), Albert "Ollie" Maxwell (Joyce) of Gaithersburg, MD, Shelly Freiermuth (Andrew), Kelly Maxwell and Heidi Smith (David); his grandchildren, Karlene (Brandon), Allyson, Joelle, Michael (Sarah), Neil, Molly and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Declan, Quinn and Aiden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dimbleby Funeral Homes - Whitesboro (40 Main St, Whitesboro, NY 13492). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
