She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis J. Kocyba and Rose (Fryz) of Utica, NY; her husband Ralph; her siblings, Charlotte Zielonka (Norbert) and Richard Kocyba; and her siblings-in-law, Charles (Kathleen), Jack (Virginia), James (Betty), Richard and Paula Lorraine.
She is survived by : her children, Ralph Jr. (Karen) of Whitesboro, NY, Robert Sr. (Debra) of Marcy, NY, Steven (Kathleen) of Glastonbury, CT and Denise (Michael Simon) of New York Mills, NY.; her grandchildren, Nathaniel (Kimberly), Nicholaus, Melissa Robison (Jason), Jonathan (Carol), Robert II (Rebecca Blue), Dr. Eric (Quinn), Karrie Moskal (Mark), Jeff (Brittany), Brent, Kevin, Alexa Grant-Roy (Alex), Michele, Luke, Haley and Holly Simon; her sister Janice Cieslewitz (John); and her siblings-in-law, Donald Lorraine and Lillian Lorraine. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations on Nancy's behalf be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
