He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gilbert and Barbara C. Richmond; and his sister Carolyn Hullihen. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Richmond (Sadlocha); his daughters, Jennifer Reedy (Timothy) of Syracuse and Julia Thorne (Benjamin) of Baltimore, MD; his pets, Roscoe and Miss Mango; and his sister Ann Zavy (Michael) of El Reno, OK. He is also survived by his family, friends.
