She is survived by: her husband Robert Ramsden; her children, Rebecca Mortlock (Jeff), Rob Ramsden, John Ramsden (Jana) and Allison Hourigan (David); her grandchildren, Kaitlynn Reel (Damon), Amber Kingdeski, Austin Ramsden, Kayla Ramsden, Madison Hourigan, Coleton Hourigan, David Hourigan, Marie Henderson (Brennan) and Bethany Mortlock; her great grandchild Dawson Reel; and her sibling's children, Lynne, Leigh, David, Dan and Lori.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Navarino Fire Department or Hospice of CNY in Joan's name.
