A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Ocean View Cemetery (3315 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10306).
In lieu of flowers the family welcomes memorial donations to Christian Pentecostal Church, in honor of Carlos Mendez where Charlie faithfully served for over 50 years.
