Dale Alan Chauncey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Alan Chauncey (Marion, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Chauncey and Jean Chauncey; and his siblings, Thomas Chauncey and Paula Cramer. He is survived by: his significant other Harriet; his daughters, Heather Chauncey Hogan (John Baer), Briana Chauncey and Jill Chauncey Mathis (Quincy Mathis); his grandchildren, Daniel Patrick Smith, Amaerys Pratt, Kegan Mathis (Olivia), Chloe Hogan, Donovan Mathis, Olivia Hogan, Aislyn Mathis, Fallon Mathis and Gisele Chauncey; and his brother Gary Chauncey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevens Funeral Home (3896 Buffalo St, Marion, NY 14505). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
