It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh S. Thorne (Marion, New York), who passed away on October 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia. He is survived by : his daughters, Sally Thorne of Newark, Gail Scharr (Joseph) of Kannapolis, N. C. and Karen Rivera (Pedro) of Canandaigua; his grandchildren, Diana and Thomas Rivera; and his pet Lady.
