He is survived by: his daughter Christina M. Scott of Marion; his son-in-law Dillyn D. Scott of Marion; and his siblings, Susan Read of Honeoye, Kelly Wachs (Noaker) of Atlanta, GA and Robert Noaker Jr. (Tammy) of Gorham, NY..

The military honors will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Richmond Center Cemetery (4446 Richmond Center Rd, Livonia, NY 14487).
