He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Colton, Josie, Liam and Noah; his wife Susan; his children, Matthew Johnston (Shelly), Kevin Johnston (Brandi) and Bethany Shanley (Kevin); and his caregivers, Denise, Eileen, Brianna and Dr. Katherine Amodeo.
