He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mazzella and Brigida Mazzella. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Lisa Mazzella (Judi), Michael Mazzella (Tracy) and Nicole Nelson (Tommie); his grandchildren, Bryanna Mazzella, Gabrielle Nelson and Brittney Schember; and his siblings, Marie Buffone, Ann Mills (John), Louise Smith (Art), Frances Cerami and Leo Mazzella (Donna).
