She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Eger (Hug) and Jacob "Jack" Eger; her stepmother Emily Katzenberger Eger; her husband John Mazza; her sister Johanna Mary Eger; her daughter Donna Mazza; and her sister Florence Catterson.
She is survived by: her children, John Jr. (Marie) of Marlboro, Linda (Pete) of Monument, CO, Steven (Grace) of Marlboro, NY and Marylin "Whiz" of Scottsdale, AZ.; her grandsons, John III (Kaitlyn), Jacob "Jack" (Kimberly) of Marlboro, James (Nikki) of Saratoga Springs, NY, Steven Jr. of Marlboro, Jack and Jim; her great grandchild Steven; Brianna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and five Great Grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Union Presbyterian Church (44 Old Balmville Rd, Newburgh, NY 12550).
