He is survived by: his children, David Bender (Jackie), Tracy Bender (Allen Retallick) and Kelly Morris (David); his grandchildren, Jason Thomas (Val Sheldon), James Thomas (Julie), Sarah Kelly, Liesha Thomas, Hannah Bender, Jachin Bender (Sarah), Samuel, Ruth Bender, Zoe Jerome (Danny), Zachary Bender (Bridget), Kyle Morris, Tyler Morris (Angela), Mekenzi Hanus (Gabriel) and Elias Morris; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Emily, Nicholas, Elias, Benjamin Thomas, Alyssa Sanderson, Ephraim, Rhema, Kemuel Bender, Jasiah Facey, Prince, Yazmine Martin, Jack, Maeve, Callan Bender and Isaac Hanus; his friends, Doug, Bev Barnett, Paul Smith, Marge French, Gene Weinert and Mark Bergeron; his brother John Bender; and his niece Sue Haron. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
