It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Stirt (Massapequa Park, New York), who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Barbara had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Barbara may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She is survived by: her husband Paul; her daughter Sheena; and her son-in-law Dan. She is also survived by 4 beautiful grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Massapequa Funeral Home, North Chapel (1050 Park Blvd, Massapequa Park, NY 11762). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
