Irma Caso Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irma Caso of Massapequa Park, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinrich Schwarzhaupt and Lorelei Schwarzhaupt (Regensburg); her husband Luis M. Caso; and her sisters, Eva Rodriguez (Argentina) and Ruth Hecht (Argentina).

She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Ruppenthal (Michael) and Claudia Gross (Richard); and her grandchildren, Christopher (Amanda), Lauren, Kevin, Alexa and Julia (Nick).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Massapequa Funeral Home - North Chapel (1050 Park Blvd, Massapequa Park, NY 11762). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima R. C. Church (2 Bayview Ave, Massapequa, NY 11758). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in honor of Irma to No Limits Cafe.
