He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Small and Hazel Small. He is survived by: his wife Margo; his children, Robin, Allison, Scott, David and Stephanie; his grandchildren, Samantha, Joe, Michael, Jessica, Tommy, Matthew, Mackenzie, Jared and Jeremy; and his great grandchild Nora Jean.
