He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kopack and Joseph Kopack; his wife Eileen (Dunn); and his siblings, Joseph, Rosemarie Tubito and William.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Bradley (Bob), Rob Kopack (Cindy) and Jim Kopack (Pam); his grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Holly, Danny, Jenny and Jimmy; his great grandchildren, Harper and Caroline; and his sister Janet Rhoades. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
