He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Jones and Pathenia Jones (Gibson); and his siblings, Patricia George, Nelson Jones, Sr., Ronnie Jones, Sr., Jeffrey Jones, Bruce Jones, Myron Jones, Sr., Blanche Jones, Diane Jones and Noel Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Roxene Cook; his sons, David R. Mitchell of Maniwaki and Chance L. Tarbell (Michelle) of Brushton; and his grandchildren, Cohen, Anna-Marie, Sundance Mitchell and Chezlynn Tarbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
