Betty L. Starks Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty L. Starks (Massena, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty L. Starks to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lavair and Pearl Lavair (Worden); her son Jeffray; and her husband David Starks. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Berry of Marion, VA, Teresa Lover of Georgetown, TX, Darcie Fregoe (Jerry) of Massena, NY, Dana Starks (Steven Sokalski) of Port Charlotte, FL and Diana Friess of South Yarmouth, MA.; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Jennifer, Michael, Jeffrey, Johnny, Sarah, Ethan, Evan, Jacob, Quinton and Alexandra. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (100 N Main St, Massena, NY 13662). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Betty's name may be made to First United Methodist Church of Massena of the Shriners Children's Hospital.
