He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Newcombe and Alice Newcombe (Miller); his wife Linda M. LaMora; his grandchildren, Derek Ober, Jr. and Rebecca Newcombe; his siblings, Gloria Levac, Garrison "Gary" Finley, Irving "Leslie" Newcombe and Barry Newcombe; and his nephew Dennis Levac Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya (Donald Speer), Janet (Michael Arquitt), Kelly (Leslie Coburn), Jennifer (Shawn Benware) and Bobbi Jo (Peter Darabon); his grandchildren, Zackery Benware, Lisa Arquitt, Steven Rookey, Jenna, Nathan Jarvis, Molly Coburn, Darren LeBlanc, Nicholas, Nickelle Howard, Bruce, Shannon Arquitt, Sarah Darabon, Natalie Darabon and Daniel Colbert; his great grandchildren, Montana, Arianna, Grayson, Marcus, Eva, Gracey, Raelynn, Weston, Waylon, Kensley, Jaxson and Luke; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Levac Sr. of Chase Mills and Mary Finley of Syracuse; and his close friend Andrew Belknap. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
