He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Phillips and Susan Phillips (Hemlock); and his brothers, Terry Phillips (Mary Lou), Leslie Phillips and Allen Phillips.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Phillips, Shirley Phillips, Elizabeth Benedict and Vaughn Phillips (Lynelle); and his sisters-in-law, Florence and Irene Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (100 N Main St, Massena, NY 13662). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Regis Catholic Church (107 Angus Thomas Memorial Road, Akwesasne, QC H0M1A0).
