He is survived by: his wife Colleen Kelly; his son Benjamin Cook of Geneseo; his sister Giselle Cook of Akwesasne; his sister-in-law Robin Cook of Watertown; his nieces, Sarah Colbert (Tony), Casey Cook, Samantha Cook (Jason Agosto) and Frankie Benedict (Blaze); his great-nephews, Giovanni, Daniel and Rayce; his great-niece Gabriella; and his pets, Chewy and Roscoe.
