It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale F. Thompson in Massena, New York, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Erle Thompson and Guenneth W. Thompson (Cook); his wife Barbara Patterson; his son Dale F. Thompson; and his sister Eunice G. Clough.

He is survived by: his daughter Reanan Cappiello (Todd Hartigan) of Massena; his grandchildren, Tyler, Tori Cappiello, Jocelynn, Austin Thompson and Savannah Brooks; and his brothers, Keith Thompson (Ruth) of Potsdam, Harold Thompson of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Terry Thompson (Cindy Steinberg) and Gil Thompson of Massena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to the Ronald McDonald House or the American Cancer Society.
