He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas and Mary; his wife Lorraine; and his siblings, George, Abram Gray, Ruth Dora and Margaret Cullen.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward G. Gray of Staten Island, Robert F. Gray of Akwesasne and Anthony W. Gray (Aracelis) of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Seneca, Chandler, Trey, Amanda, Tanner and Mackenzie; his close friend Louise Ingle; and his siblings, Dorothy Shatlaw, Marie Seymour (Robert) and Louie Gray. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Standing Sky Academy (275 Maple Road, Réserve indienne de Akwesasne, QC H0M1A1). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM.
