He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Jr. Hampton and Vivian Hampton (Hanson); and his son Robert M. Hampton. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Carson (Tawny) of Upland, California; and his grandchildren, Brittany Kiertzner (Alden) and Zachary Hampton. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and several cousins.
