She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuca and Martha Kuca (Novack); her husband Joseph Provost of Mary's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Helen Kirkey, John F. Jr., Eddie, Richard and Stanley "Stitch" Kuca.
She is survived by: her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Mary Provost of Massena; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Provost and Janet Brault (Kevin). She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.
