He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Brouse and Anna Mae Brouse (MacPherson); his brother Howard B. Brouse; and his nephew Christopher J. Neault. He is survived by: his stepson Chad Sullivan; his sister Sharon; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Neault of Brasher Falls and Jeannine Miller of Massena; and his sibling's children, Melissa Dunkelberg of Massena, Danielle Lightbown of Trumansburg and Gregory Brouse. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
In lieu of flowers those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made in his memory to the Massena Volunteer Fire Department or the Emmanuel Congregational United Church of Christ.
