He is survived by: his wife Claudette Carriere; his sons, Martin Coons (Mary Lou) and Eric Coons (Darlene); his stepchildren, Jon Ciarlo (Trish) and Melanie Ciarlo (Steve Tardiff); his grandsons, William and David; and his stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Jacob, Isiac and Ashleigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
