He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Patten and Hilda Van Patten (Mitchell). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Vodron; his daughters, Nicole Vodron and Samantha King; his grandchildren, Anita, Emerson, Isabella, Joseph, Olivia, Ariyanna, Blaise and Cadance; his great grandchildren, Aviyanna, Iris and Harper; and his brothers, Nick, Mark and Brad.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Hammill funeral home to help cover costs to lay Jay to rest.
