She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Craig and Betty Craig; and her former husband Gerald LeClair. She is survived by: her husband Alan E. Mowel; her children, Joseph LeClair of Massena and Jimmie LeClair (Denise) of Gouverneur; her grandchildren, Jayda Tarbell of Massena, Isabelle Klaus-Wiley, Garret LeClair and Lincoln LeClair; and her sister Myra Craig of Ogdensburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
