Kenneth leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Kenneth’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Premo and Isabelle Premo (Fassett); and his wife Rinda Moniere of Mary's Church. He is survived by: his daughter Terilynn O'Garro (Celester) of New Jersey; his stepdaughter Tara Solano of Florida; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Mackenzie and Matthew Solano; and his great grandchildren, Genevieve and Lucia.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (105 Cornell Ave, Massena, NY 13662).
