He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. "Bill" Serviss and Helen Serviss (Losey); his wife Jeanne L. Dupuis; his son Kenneth, Jr.; and his brother William.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Susan) of Phoenix, Bruce (Sue) of Massena, Timothy (Connie Leggue) of Massena and James (Kathy) of Massena; and his daughter-in-law Julie Serviss of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren.
