He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred L. Prashaw and Ida Prashaw (Roshia); and his siblings, Donald, Robert and Constance Vine.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gail Prashaw; his children, Kimberely Stewart of Massena, Laurie (Tony Vavra) of Winthrop, Randall Prashaw of Norfolk and Joseph (Akiko Prashaw) of Potsdam; his grandchildren, Meghan, Brett, Joshua, Jillian, Alex, Taylor and Jack; his great grandchildren, Jadelyn, Aaliyah, Deacon, Charli, Maeve and Daniel; his sister Joan Patraw; and his sister-in-law Sally Prshaw.
