She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Zappia and Rosaria Zappia (Sergi); her husband Dominic Terminelli of Mary's Catholic Church; her siblings, Dominic Zappia, Catherine (Tony Portolese) and Elizabeth (Marty Wicke); her niece Paula Snow; Mike Zappia and Adam Terminelli.
She is survived by: her children, Maria (John Macaulay), Mara (Max Pelifian), Adam Terminelli and Lisa (Tim Long); her grandchildren, Nicholas Macaulay (Jenna), Paula Henry (Chris), Natalie Macaulay, Max Jr. Pelifian (Melanie), Catherine Long and Danielle Long (James Hodgson); her great grandchildren, Coleton, Crew, Lilliana, Cora, Tyler and Carina; her sister-in-law Anita Zappia of North Carolina; and her caregivers, Diana, Claudette, Christine, Trina and Nicole. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or St. Peter's Parish Outreach Ministries to assist local children and food bank.
