He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Neill and Mary O'Neill (Crowley); his wife Barbara Blair; his children, Julie Ann O'Neill, William Leonard O'Neill and Kevin O'Neill; his grandson Travis O'Neill; and his brothers, Charles, Jack and Bernard O'Neill.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy O'Neill of Massena, Karen Prashaw (Joseph) of Norfolk and Steven O'Neill (Winnie) of Williamston; his daughter-in-law Robyn O'Neill of Massena; his grandchildren, Meghan, Joshua, Zachary, Jon Paul, Ryan and Trevor; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Nora, Evy, Liam, Dante, Jameson, Livy, Lola, Emmy and Logan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
