Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndon Charter and Alice Charter (Gladden). He is survived by: his wife Patti R. George; his children, Tara Robinson, Joshua and Dillon Charter; his grandchildren, Hoby and Jayden Robinson; his siblings, Donna Parker and Kevin Charter; and his half-brothers, Mark and Matt Charter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
