He is survived by: his parents, Gene Ackerman and Bonnie Ackerman (Robertson) of Massena; his grandchildren, Asher Scott Ackerman and Liam Francis Miller; his brother Daniel (Angela Ackerman) of Watertown; and his nieces, Kylie (Brad Heath) of Theresa and Deana (Chris Hailey). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
