He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Sawinski and June Sawinski (Hart); his brother Steven Sawinski; and his half-sister Linda Gauge. He is survived by: his children, Joe Davey, Christi Zagrobelny (Justin), Carrie Johnson (Jared) and Alfred Sawinski (Valarie); his stepchildren, Brian Gladding, Rusty Gladding, Matt Gladding and Korrina Parrotte; and his grandchildren, Carleigh Zagrobelny, Ava, Sadie Johnson, Alex Jessmer, Raevyn Mathie, Genevieve Huto, Beatris Huto, Freya and Alaric Sawinski.
Memorial contributions in Scott's memory may be made to the DAV or Amvets in Massena.
