Theresa VanBilliard Obituary
Theresa VanBilliard, born on July 3, 1951, passed away on September 29, 2026. Theresa leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Farnan and Audrey Farnan (Kampff); her husband Harold VanBilliard; and her daughter Sheryl A. Woodard. She is survived by: her children, Kayla VanBilliard of Oakfield, NY and Colin VanBilliard of Ogdensburg; her grandchildren, Nicole, Tina, Mason, Brittany, Crystal and Cody; and her sister Donna Sigler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Massena Meals (70 E Hatfield St, Massena, NY 13662).
