He is survived by: his mother Michelle Spagnualo; his grandmother Doris Murray; his son Richard J. Spagnualo; his fiancée Sarah O'Neill; his stepchildren, Angelina Testa, Gabriella Testa and Chevy Gogliardo; and his siblings, Dylan Spagnualo and Amber Pericho-Spagnualo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
