Vesely Jr.; her caregiver Barbara Fayo; her mother-in-law Roberta Vesely; her brother Thomas Vesely (Denise); her nephew Josh Jones; her brother Jeffrey Vesely; her nephews, Daniel and Andy; her siblings, Sheryl Joubert (Mike), Robin Bush (Junior) and Frank Miller (Heather); her aunts, Mary O'Connell, Susan Schatz and Terry Marcus (Carroll); her uncle Mike Vesely (Coleen); her cousins, Paulie Schatz, Lisa Prokosch, Brian O'Connell (Kate), Meagan O'Connell (Andrew Knapp), Andrew Marcus (Kenna), Aaron Marcus, Mike Vesely (Ruth), Matt Vesely (Lisa), Emily Vesely, Melissa Monty, Stuart Monty and Peter Lastowski; her nieces and nephews, Ivan Joubert, Kayla Joubert, Luke Miller, Lauren Miller, Joshua Bush, Gabrielle Bush and Cash Miller; Christian, Toni and Molly.
