He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Canton and Veronica Gushue Canton; and his siblings-in-law, Robert "Bobby" Moses and Anne Larabe. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Moses Canton; his son Michael Canton (Jennifer) of Mayfield; his siblings, Ellen Javes (Vern) of San Mateo, FL, Bonnie West (Paul) of Queensbury and Jeffrey Canton of Pomona Park, FL; his grandchildren, Maya and Dayana Young; and his sisters-in-law, Christine Rogowicz (Chet) and Dr. Johanna Wansor (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and new-found members of the Leto family.
