She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter Sr.; her children, Robert Carter Jr. (Sue) and Patti Parker (Hal); her grandchildren, Joshua Carter (Kerrie), Justin Carter (Anna), Jordan Carter and Ciara Parker; her great grandchildren, Logan Carter, Eleanor Carter, Juliana Carter and Cash Carter; her sisters, Dale Wintermute (Wayne), Pauline Krawczyk (Paul), Marlene Porter (Reggie) and Bobbi Ricciardi (Alex); and her siblings-in-law, Joanne Brooks (Bob), Sue Carter, Ronald Carter and Corey Barber. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
