He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Blowers and Edith Mabel Podschelne Blowers; his son Tony Blowers; and his siblings, Jerry, Jim, Dave, Darla and Dawn.

He is survived by: his daughter Katie Kenna (Matt); his grandchildren, Aaron, Jorden and Catalina; his great grandchild Lilith; and his brothers, Rod and Alan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
